Raúl Asencio Delivers a Historic Rant to Pau Cubarsí, the Spanish National Team Awaits Him

The beating that Cubarsí has received through Raúl Asencio's impressive statistics

Barcelona has always boasted of having the best youth academy in the world. Continuously bringing up several players for the first team, the Culers have especially praised Pau Cubarsí. The young center-back, despite the praise from the blaugrana fans, has received a severe beating from Raúl Asencio.

The Real Madrid center-back, also a product of the youth academy, has proven to be much better than the Culer. This season, Asencio has achieved an average of 0.93 successful tackles per 90 minutes, surpassing Cubarsí's 0.74. A slight indication that, despite not playing as many minutes as the Culer, the Merengue defender has had a greater impact.

Moreover, this statistic shows that the Merengue youth academy remains superior to the Culer's. Producing players of higher quality, Asencio has exposed Cubarsí's poor level. With the statistics on his side, it's only a matter of time before Asencio is drafted by the Spanish National Team.

The Best Center-Back

At just 21 years old, Raúl Asencio is already an important player for Real Madrid. Amidst multiple injuries in the Merengue defense, the youth academy product has lived up to expectations. Although he has only played 1,334 minutes with the first team, these have been enough to demonstrate his outstanding level.

Compared to Cubarsí, the Merengue center-back is clearly better, and the statistics have shown this. Apart from tackles, Asencio has achieved 4.25 clearances. Unlike Cubarsí's 2.86, in addition to 1.99 in headed clearances against the Culer center-back's 0.98.

To cap off his excellent performance, Asencio has made more interceptions, averaging 0.66 against Cubarsí's 0.49. Proving to be better, a call-up from the Spanish National Team is expected soon for a player who is truly worth it.

The Beating to Barcelona

Through these statistics, it becomes evident how overrated all Barcelona players are. Having a level that doesn't compare to Real Madrid's, it's time for the club to bring the Culers back to reality.
