MALPE EDICIONES SL (hereinafter MALPE), in application of current regulations on personal data protection, informs that personal data collected through the forms of the Website: https://www.realmadridconfidencial.com, are included in the specific automated files of users of MALPE services.
The collection and automated processing of personal data has the purpose of maintaining the commercial relationship and performing information, training, advisory and other activities typical of MALPE.
This data will only be transferred to those entities that are necessary with the sole objective of fulfilling the aforementioned purpose.

MALPE owns all copyright, intellectual property, industrial, "know how" and any other rights related to the contents of the website https://www.realmadridconfidencial.com and the services offered therein, as well as the programs necessary for its implementation and related information.
Reproduction, publication and/or non-strictly private use of the contents, total or partial, of the website https://www.realmadridconfidencial.com is not permitted without prior written consent.
The user must respect third-party programs made available by MALPE, even if they are free and/or publicly available. MALPE has the necessary exploitation and intellectual property rights of the software.
The user does not acquire any right or license for the contracted service, over the software necessary for the provision of the service, nor over the technical information for service monitoring, except for the rights and licenses necessary for the fulfillment of the contracted services and only during their duration.
For any action that exceeds contract fulfillment, the user will need written authorization from MALPE, prohibiting the user from accessing, modifying, viewing the configuration, structure and files of servers owned by MALPE, assuming civil and criminal responsibility derived from any incident that could occur on the servers and security systems as a direct consequence of negligent or malicious action on their part.
Use contrary to intellectual property legislation of services provided by MALPE is prohibited, and in particular:
The user has full responsibility for the content of their website, transmitted and stored information, hypertext links, third-party claims and legal actions regarding intellectual property, third-party rights and protection of minors.
The user is responsible regarding laws and regulations in force and rules that have to do with the operation of online service, electronic commerce, copyright, maintenance of public order, as well as universal principles of Internet use.
The user will indemnify MALPE for expenses that will generate MALPE's involvement in any cause whose responsibility was attributable to the user, including legal defense fees and expenses, even in the case of a non-final judicial decision.
MALPE makes backup copies of content hosted on its servers, however, it is not responsible for loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee total restoration of data deleted by users, since said data could have been deleted and/or modified during the time period elapsed since the last backup copy.
The services offered, except specific backup services, do not include restoration of contents preserved in backup copies made by MALPE, when this loss is attributable to the user; in this case, a rate according to the complexity and volume of recovery will be determined, always with prior user acceptance.
Restoration of deleted data is only included in the service price when content loss is due to causes attributable to MALPE.
In application of the LSSI, MALPE will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other equivalent electronic communication means that have not previously been requested or expressly authorized by their recipients.
In the case of users with whom there is a prior contractual relationship, MALPE is authorized to send commercial communications referring to MALPE products or services that are similar to those that were initially contracted with the client.
In any case, the user, after proving their identity, may request that no more commercial information be sent to them through Customer Service channels.
