Better Than Zubimendi, He Offers Himself to Real Madrid to Succeed Toni Kroos
The Star Who Has Left the Door Open for a Move to Real Madrid and to Be Toni Kroos's Replacement
Last season saw, to the dismay of thousands of Madridists, Toni Kroos's retirement from professional soccer. Retiring after a decade of success with Real Madrid, Kroos left a gap that has been extremely difficult to fill. Despite the talent within Real Madrid's squad, the club hasn't found a worthy successor to Kroos.
While Martinez Zubimendi has caught Real Madrid's interest for months, the team has turned its attention to another player. Ryan Gravenberch, a Liverpool player, has shown interest in Real Madrid ahead of the next market. With a broader talent than Zubimendi, Gravenberch's agent has revealed the player's desire.

Confirming that Gravenberch would love to play for Real Madrid, the club has the door open to make the move for his services. However, in order to sign Kroos's successor, Real Madrid will need to make a million-dollar offer to Liverpool.
Toni Kroos's Successor
At just 22 years old, Ryan Gravenberch has established himself as a great midfielder at Liverpool. Being part of the club since 2023, Gravenberch has been essential to Liverpool's excellent performance this season. The 3,786 minutes he has played are a clear indication of his importance to Arne Slot.
With a contract until 2028 with Liverpool, his departure for the next summer market seems like an impossible operation. In the words of Gravenberch's own agent, Liverpool would demand a large amount of money from Real Madrid to let the Dutchman go.

While Real Madrid is known for not making such high expenditures in recent seasons, Gravenberch could be the exception. With qualities similar to Kroos and being a better player than Zubimendi, his signing would be key for the future.
Real Madrid's Decision
Although Luka Modric and Dani Ceballos have adequately covered Kroos's absence, the reality is that Real Madrid needs a successor. This is why, with the opportunity to sign Gravenberch, Real Madrid must decide if the operation is viable or not.
