Bombshell Announcement about Vini's Future, 1.3 Billion for Him to Leave This Summer

The Brazilian center-forward is in the spotlight of the Saudi Pro League

Everything points to the fact that the "Vinícius case" is far from over. Saudi Arabia's interest in acquiring the services of the Brazilian player, one of the best in the world, continues after the episode that occurred during last August 2024. The alleged offer sent by Saudi Arabia was about to change Madrid history at that moment.

However, Vinícius made it clear that it was necessary to wait. Just two months later, after not winning the 2024 Ballon d'Or, the "7" in white gave his second refusal. In this case, the recipient was Real Madrid, which aimed to extend the time limit of his contract, currently set for the 2027 summer.

Neither Real Madrid nor the Saudi Pro League are willing to give up in achieving their goal. It's clear that from Valdebebas offices, they have marked next summer as the definitive moment to finalize his renewal and significantly increase his current salary. The same goes for the teams of the Saudi Pro League interested in acquiring his contract.

Journalist Manuel de Juan, speaking to El Chiringuito de Jugones, warns that "this pursuit of Vinícius is going to happen, for sure". The reporter from the As newspaper recalls the episode that occurred last summer, "an approach that Real Madrid wanted nothing to do with. They referred to the release clause and said they didn't want to know anything about the matter".

Taking positions

This resolute refusal to let Vinícius leave Santiago Bernabéu locker room while he is under contract wouldn't be a problem for the leaders of the Saudi Pro League. "Last summer, there was talk of a billion for five seasons, therefore about 200 million per season. We know that no taxes are paid there, so it's all for the player, entirely", states Manu de Juan.

"Regarding the transfer, more than 300 million is being discussed", warns the journalist from the As newspaper. Thus, Saudi Arabia would have prepared a global offer exceeding 1 billion euros to make Vinícius leave Real Madrid in the summer of 2025.

So much so that "it can reach up to 400, 300 is a low limit. In Arabia, they assume a record transfer is needed", leaving far behind the 222 million euros that PSG paid for Neymar in 2017. Saudi Arabia would be ready to make a move right now.

Something similar happens to Real Madrid, which continues working on modifying its renewal offer and bringing it up to par with Vinícius's competitive circumstances. It is also clear that it won't be able to compete with the economic figures offered by Saudi Arabia... because Real Madrid's potential must align with more realistic objectives and a generally healthy economy.
