Bombshell: Florentino's Circle Reveals Contact With Klopp for the Bench

Several figures close to Florentino are reportedly pressuring the German coach to sign for Real Madrid

Real Madrid's campaign has been marked by uncertainty, especially after being eliminated from the Champions League by Arsenal. This setback not only left the white team out of the European competition but also fueled speculation about a possible departure of Ancelotti.

The coach still has the opportunity to set things right by winning the Copa del Rey or catching up with Barça in LaLiga. However, everything points to his continuity being in doubt, and Florentino Pérez is already considering different options for the bench.

According to several media outlets in recent days, the main concern at Santiago Bernabéu is finding a new coach. Real Madrid's management is determined to make a strong commitment to revitalize a sports project that is going through a difficult time. The club has several candidates, but there are two names that stand out above the rest.

Florentino's Circle Prefers Jürgen Klopp

Although the club's main bet is Xabi Alonso, within Real Madrid's leadership, there is another influential figure promoting an alternative. As Varela explained on 'La Tribu' of Radio Marca, one of the key names is Anas Laghrari, a Moroccan investor and Florentino's right-hand man.

Anas Laghrari, a great admirer of Jürgen Klopp, has been suggesting to the club president for weeks —even months— to consider the former Liverpool coach. The German left the English club at the top with an impeccable exit that included his support for the new coach.

"Klopp hasn't wanted to stay idle, but he has stepped away from the spotlight and the front line of battle with that role as director of football at Red Bull and that kind of mentorship over the Red Bull factory teams...", commented Varela on 'La Tribu'.

"I honestly don't know what will happen with Real Madrid's bench, because for better or worse, I think it's more than proven over time that Real Madrid's planning isn't planned. Especially with the issue of coaches", Varela added later.
