Brahim Has a Super Offer to Leave Real Madrid Now, and Florentino Fears the Worst

The Moroccan soccer player is on the radar of several elite European clubs

Real Madrid is still adjusting to a new competitive situation after losing the Spanish Supercopa final. The victory in the round of 16 against Celta leaves the club in a strange no man's land.  Something that could be solved in the next game.

The game against Las Palmas next Sunday, January 19th, will be the confirmation or denial of the comeback after the debacle in Jeddah. Madrid has already made clear who they blame, something the players themselves have tried to change since they received whistles from the stands at Santiago Bernabéu days ago.

One of the players who has won over Madrid is Brahim Díaz. The Moroccan '21' arrived a year and a half ago to improve the team's attack, a goal he is more than fulfillling. His  three-year loan to Milan has given him all the tools he needs to perform consistently and reliably at the elite level of European soccer.

However, Carlo Ancelotti doesn't seem to find a spot for him in the starting eleven position. Especially because there are other players, despite Brahim's quality, who are more likely to start, like Rodrygo Goes. Knowing that the African attacking midfielder doesn't like being a substitute in every game, several teams might be planning his transfer in upcoming transfer markets.

Uncertainty

In this regard, information from Ekrem Konur reveals that Borussia Dortmund aims to acquire Brahim Díaz. They wouldn't be the only ones making efforts in that direction. As AC Milan might be interested in bringing the player back according to some Italian newspapers. The offices at Valdebebas have a very clear roadmap to follow.

Because despite what the Turkish journalist revealed, the board led by Florentino Pérez wants to keep Brahim Díaz beyond the end of his current contract. However, they acknowledge that the player's ambition, something logical, could end up distancing him from Bernabéu locker room: "he's going to end up leaving if he continues as a substitute".

In light of this, they have instructed Carlo Ancelotti to include the Málaga-born '21' more in his tactical plans. While it's true that Brahim Díaz is the first player in his rotation scale, it would also be necessary to introduce him more regularly in the starting eleven. LaLiga matches offer an excellent window of opportunity to demonstrate that Brahim can offer something different.

There's no 'fear' of a possible departure of Brahim Díaz during the winter market, but the situation changes radically looking toward this summer. Offers from elite European teams, which would offer him a guaranteed starting position, could sever his ties with the club... unless he takes on a greater role during the remaining months of the 24/25 season.
