Revealed: Brahim will renew very soon and the details of his contract are already known
The Moroccan footballer has received the call from the Valdebebas offices
The remodeling of Santiago Bernabéu locker room is practically finished. The arrival of Xabi Alonso as Carlo Ancelotti's replacement has triggered multiple changes in the white team, most of them prompted by the Tolosa coach. Not only has the new Madrid coaching staff introduced modifications to the first team.
From the Valdebebas offices they have also closely followed their own roadmap to properly shape the current sports project. This has been especially true when it comes to managing the contracts of players whose roles in the team have changed due to the coaching change this summer. In this regard, Real Madrid has decided to take a step forward with the renewal of Brahim Díaz.

Given these circumstances, the executives led by Florentino Pérez have reportedly decided to extend Brahim Díaz's contract by up to three years. His initial deal was set to expire in the summer of 2027, but the signature of the Málaga-born striker would push the expiration date to mid-2030. This move is no coincidence: despite the irregular season that the "21" has had, Xabi Alonso holds him in very high regard.
In addition to the extension of his contract, Brahim Díaz's salary will also increase when the renewal is officially announced. The forward will earn nine million euros, on the same salary scale as Dean Huijsen, a decision that highlights which young talents should lead this new era.
It is the right decision
The Moroccan attacking midfielder, a complete striker, returned to the white first team in the summer of 2023, after a three-year loan at AC Milan. The experience he gained in Serie A made him one of the first players in Carlo Ancelotti's second unit during the 23/24 season, delivering excellent results as an impact substitute. Everything seemed set to continue the same way in the following season.
However, the team's physical problems and poor overall dynamics have not helped Brahim Díaz, who is now important for Xabi Alonso. This is not only due to the absence of Jude Bellingham, who is recovering from an injury to his left shoulder, during the first three months of the campaign that will begin on August 19.

His versatility and the options he provides on the field make him one of the most useful footballers for a coach who plans to use a changing system. That's why Xabi Alonso has made it clear that Brahim Díaz's role during the 25/26 season will be much more prominent and, therefore, more demanding than in previous seasons.
The renewal that Real Madrid has reportedly offered him, a deal that the player accepted without hesitation according to what we have been able to confirm at Defensa Central, is another sign of trust. The white coaching staff will closely monitor his performances this season, aware that the player chooses to stay as a substitute... when he could easily be a starter in practically any elite European team.
