Dani Carvajal continues counting the days to return to the playing fields with Real Madrid

Dani Carvajal was one of the standout protagonists of the White Week organized by the Real Madrid Graduate School – European University. During the event, led by Emilio Butragueño, the Real Madrid captain addressed multiple topics.

The full-back spoke about his recovery process after the injury, the historic comebacks in the Champions, the club's DNA, and his goal in the Wembley final.

"It's been five and a half months since the surgery. I've already put on my boots, and we're adding sessions on the field with the intention of returning as soon as possible, but ensuring that I do so in the best conditions", he commented.

Dani Carvajal Talks About His Knee Injury

"When I get injured and go up to the locker room, my head clicks; I was the one encouraging my teammates, even my wife. It was another challenge on this path. Just as you prepare to win titles, this was an important hurdle, but we were going to go for it with everything", he explained.

"These months have been tough, but I've felt very loved by everyone at Real Madrid. Moreover, the respect and affection from the soccer world have been an important point to take that step forward when I felt down", highlighted Dani Carvajal.

Despite everything, Dani Carvajal emphasizes his idea and philosophy of never giving up to keep moving forward. "Until the end, let's go Real. This phrase refers to one of the strengths of this jersey and this club", he stated.

"We never give up; we know that until the match is over, Real Madrid is alive, and we've proven it many times. Thanks to this, the opponents, when the final stretch of the match approaches, even feel that stage fright of having Real Madrid in front of them. Therefore, even if the match is going very badly, it turns in our favor", he added.

Without a doubt, at Real Madrid, they are still counting the days for Dani Carvajal's return to the field. With the full-back from Leganés healthy, the white team's chances of triumph multiply much more.
