Confirmed in Brazil: Liverpool already has its replacement for Luis Díaz and Salah

Real Madrid is paying close attention to what might happen with Liverpool this summer

Months ago, Liverpool managed to renew Salah's contract until 2027, closing the door on his departure. However, he will end his contract when he is 35 years old, so a replacement must be considered. In the medium term, he is a footballer they will not be able to count on.

Reds have seen several teams set their sights on Luis Díaz in an attempt to sign him. Bayern and Barça are the most persistent, with the Germans willing to pay a fortune. That has forced a reaction at Anfield to try not to be left without options.

That's why they have once again fully entered the race to sign Rodrygo this summer. It was a deal that seemed ruled out weeks ago, as interest had cooled. But according to ESPN Brasil and confirmed by Defensa Central, they have reactivated it.

Rodrygo is a player capable of playing on both wings, which makes him the ideal choice. He could be the replacement for both Salah and Luis Díaz if either leaves. He would also add an option in attack after the sad passing of Diogo Jota.

Real Madrid alert to the market for Rodrygo

Real Madrid is not only watching the market for possible bargains that may appear these weeks. It is also because Rodrygo's future is at stake with a three-way deal. What happens with Luis Díaz could determine his move to one team or another.

As we have mentioned, Barça and Bayern want to sign the Colombian this summer to strengthen their attack. If the Munich side sign him, Liverpool would have a clear path to bid for Rodrygo. If it is the Catalans, the English and Germans will face off for the Brazilian.

There is still another scenario, which is that Díaz stays at Anfield and doesn't end up leaving for any team. If that happens, Bayern would have the former Santos player very close. Real Madrid are waiting for developments before sitting down to negotiate for Rodrygo.
