Endrick Criticizes Himself and Reveals Why Ancelotti Doesn't Count on Him: I Must...

The Brazilian confesses that the level of his teammates is very high and he must train at maximum intensity to earn minutes.

Endrick, the young Brazilian star of Real Madrid, has spoken about his adaptation to the first team and the reasons behind his limited playing time under Carlo Ancelotti's management.

The 18-year-old forward has deeply reflected on what he lacks to be at his best level and become a key piece in the white team.

Competition in Real Madrid's Locker Room

"I'm here playing with talents that can be declared as the best in the world," Endrick commented in a recent interview. Despite his quality and potential, he knows that to stand out in an elite team like Real Madrid, he must be on par with players like Jude Bellingham, Vinícius Jr., and Kylian Mbappé, among others.

"It's unbelievable to have them by my side, helping me, but I know I must improve in every exercise to be at their level. Not only in matches but also in training sessions," added the young forward.

Endrick also highlighted the importance of learning from more experienced players, who help him understand the demands and competitiveness of a club of Real Madrid's stature.

However, he is aware that continuous improvement and hard work in every training session are key to earning a place in the starting eleven.

His Numbers This Season

In the current season, Endrick has played 23 matches, accumulating a total of 369 minutes of play. Although his time on the field has been limited, he has shown his ability to score goals in the few minutes he has played.

In the Copa del Rey, he has started in two matches, in which he has scored three goals in 183 minutes. In the Champions League and La Liga, he has scored one goal in 98 and 88 minutes, respectively, showing his effectiveness whenever he has had the opportunity.

Despite his positive performance in terms of goals, Endrick acknowledges that he needs to improve not only in matches but also in daily training sessions to be at the level of the best.

The Importance of Self-Criticism

The young striker recognized that self-criticism is essential to keep advancing. "It's not just about what I do in matches, but how I present myself in every training session. I must show that I can compete at the highest level," he emphasized.

With a mindset focused on improvement and hard work, Endrick is determined to earn his place at Real Madrid. The Brazilian expressed gratitude for the support of his teammates but made it clear that his goal is to keep growing and be a decisive player for the team.

"I know I must keep growing as a player, and I won't give up until I'm on par with the best," Endrick concluded. With his determination and focus on continuous improvement, the future looks promising for this Brazilian talent.
