FIFA reaches this conclusion after the incident between Rüdiger and Cabral, it's official.
The episode between Antonio Rüdiger and Pachuca's center-back is still very much alive
More than twelve hours later, people are still talking about the controversial episode between Rüdiger and Cabral at the end of the Real Madrid - Pachuca match. The white team defeated the Mexicans thanks to goals from Bellingham, Güler, and Fede Valverde. With the match already decided, the referee was forced to stop the game after protests from the German defender.
The Brazilian referee Ramón Abatti made the best possible decision. Although everyone thought the incident had its origin in the stands, as the minutes passed it was discovered that it had been between Rüdiger and Gustavo Cabral. Immediately afterward, the referee made the gesture that initiated the anti-racism protocol at Bank Of America.
This way, since it happened in the final moments, the referee preferred to end the match between both teams and hand everything that happened over to FIFA. The conclusion reached by the organization is that it is not easy to determine whether or not there was a racist insult. Since it was a direct contact between two players, it is very difficult to read Gustavo Cabral's lips in this case.

What did Cabral say to Rüdiger?
Meanwhile, the Madrid player spoke openly about the insult, while the footballer from the Mexican team limited it to: "get up, you fucking coward". That is the message that Gustavo Cabral also emphasized in the mixed zone.
Meanwhile, Xabi Alonso supported his player from the beginning, sending him encouragement in the press conference after the match. "Antonio told us. In the locker room he explained to us what happened and the corresponding protocol will be activated", he explained.
"FIFA is already investigating what happened. These are things that shouldn't happen, not in a match of this magnitude nor in any context", said Xabi Alonso.

"The team is with him. Antonio is a person of integrity and a born competitor. Something like this can't be allowed in today's soccer", concluded Xabi Alonso after what happened.
Now, Real Madrid and the player himself are waiting for the situation to be solved in the best possible way.
