A German Club Negotiates a 2-for-1 with Real Madrid: Two Stars Heading to the Bundesliga

This season has gone from less to more for Real Madrid in terms of performance. Starting with several problems, the club has managed to recover as the big favorite to win it all.  With a squad that has regained its best level, the club still has some players whose future is full of uncertainties.

This is the case with Endrick and Arda Güler, two of Real Madrid's young prospects. Despite the talent both have shown, neither has managed to get the minutes they want with the team this season. This has led to RB Leipzig showing interest in the merengue gems for the next season.

Seeking, at least, the loan of both the Brazilian and the Turk, Real Madrid may be in danger of losing them both. Offering a less competitive environment more suitable for developing their talent, both players are being tempted to leave.

The Little Prominence of the Youngsters

At 19 and 18 years old respectively, Güler and Endrick are two of Real Madrid's greatest prospects. Having been signed to secure the team's future, neither has managed to earn a significant place in the squad. This has been demonstrated by the 1,571 minutes they have played together.

Although both have long-term contracts, it is evident that their situation is not favorable at all. In a team like Madrid, where they compete every year to win titles, it is not common to take risks with young prospects.

It is because of this that, given the interest shown by Leipzig, both may be tempted to head to the Bundesliga. Although Leipzig is not characterized by its constant fight for titles, this is the perfect environment for Güler and Endrick.

Resolving the Future

Although a move to Leipzig would not be a bad move at all, this depends on the decision Real Madrid makes. The team, aware of the enormous talent of its young prospects, is not in a position to negotiate the departure of the evident future of its squad.
