Florentino's Close Friend Reveals Ancelotti's Future: 'Before the Club World Cup'
There may be a big surprise with Real Madrid's bench according to reports
In recent days, Ancelotti's future has once again become a topic of speculation around Real Madrid. The defeat against Arsenal and the manner in which they fell in London have put his future at risk. Many believe it is the definitive sign that he should leave this summer.
Real Madrid has always supported the idea that Ancelotti himself should make the decision. They believe he has earned the right to decide because of what he has contributed to the club. This leaves great uncertainty about what will happen with him at the end of the season.

Some light has been shed by someone who knows Florentino very well, journalist Joaquín Maroto. In a conversation with Ramón de Mon on the latter's YouTube channel, he revealed Ancelotti's future. He assumes that he will leave this coming summer.
The big surprise came when he announced the timing of Ancelotti's departure. "I believe that Ancelotti will not continue next season and it doesn't make sense for him to do the Club World Cup". Therefore, the step could be taken before this competition arrives.
Ancelotti's Wear and Xabi Alonso Points to New Coach
Despite everything Ancelotti has achieved with the club, Joaquín Maroto points to the end of a cycle. "He is showing signs of wear that Real Madrid has detected" the journalist assured. He believes this summer will be the end as it is the best for both parties.

"When this happens, as it happens to all coaches, it is inevitable that the cycle ends" he continued. He has put Xabi Alonso's name on the table to take his place. Especially considering a significant factor, the Club World Cup.
It starts in mid-June and contracts start and end on the 30th of the same month, which could be a problem. Xabi and Ancelotti still have a year ahead, so it would mean ending it prematurely. They must reach an agreement with their respective clubs to release them before the date.
