José Félix Díaz confirms Gonzalo's future: Real Madrid has already informed him

The club has already made a decision regarding Gonzalo after the rumors

At Real Madrid, they've been trying for several days to solve the future of several important players. Rodrygo, Gonzalo, Endrick, or Ceballos have been the subject of rumors without anything actually materializing. In the case of the academy player, there was a lot of anticipation to find out what would happen with him.

Gonzalo's breakthrough at the Club World Cup caught everyone's attention, even internationally. Several teams have inquired about him, but Real Madrid has rejected all the offers that have come in. In fact, they've already made a decision about his future, at least for this season.

José Félix Díaz has reported that Gonzalo is staying, something that we've been able to confirm at Defensa Central. He won't leave, and that's the final decision Real Madrid has made. Xabi Alonso also approves of this, since he had asked the club not to loan him out.

Since his arrival, he had insisted on signing a center forward, a "9" with a presence in the opponent's box. After seeing the academy player and his performance firsthand, he was sure that he was a player he wanted with him. The Club World Cup and European season Golden Boot winners will share the locker room.

Endrick will have to make a difficult decision in a few months

With Gonzalo staying, Endrick is the one left in a delicate situation regarding his future. He's going to have competition, and the worst part for him is that right now he's injured. He'll miss preseason and won't be available until at least mid-September (mediados de septiembre).

That'll mean it'll take him longer to get up to speed, which could result in Gonzalo already having taken his spot. It'll be a tough blow, but due to his physical condition, he'll be forced to make a difficult decision. However, it won't be now, but in January, after the first part of the season.

At that point, he'll have to reconsider whether the best option is to leave on loan to get more minutes with another team. Especially because it's a World Cup year, he'll have to maximize his chances to be there. Ancelotti won't hesitate to leave him out of the squad if he doesn't play.
