Liverpool fans don't forgive, wave of criticism over his signing for Madrid

Liverpool has had one of their most historic seasons in recent years by winning the Premier League. They hadn't achieved this since Klopp's in 2020, thus spending 5 years without being able to take it away from Manchester City. Now they've done it and celebrated in a big way, but their fans seem to be focused on something else.

In this regard, it's due to Alexander-Arnold's transfer from Liverpool to Real Madrid, which they consider an absolutely treacherous move. Labeled by many as a "Judas" or even a "rat," these are some of the scathing criticisms against the English player. This is clearly one of the most controversial topics at the moment and could have possible consequences for the player.

Nevertheless,  Madrid has tried to ease these problems so their player won't be so affected by these criticisms.  Meanwhile, after his presentation, the footballer has appeared relaxed and ready for his next big challenge.

Criticism of Arnold

The English player came up through the Reds' youth academy and became a true reference for the team on some of their most important nights. Although on more than one occasion they suffered against Madrid, who took two Champions League titles from them, there's no reason for these fans' anger.

The main complaint against the academy graduate is that his departure didn't leave a single euro in the English club's coffers, which has been taken as a betrayal. This is clearly a 100% unjustifiable act with a lot of malice behind it from some who want to ruin his time with the Merengues.

Arnold focused on his new stage

The Englishman is convinced he's joining the Merengues to become one of the club's great references and to learn from an idol like Dani Carvajal. That's why Madridists fully trust him and what will be one of the best signings of the window.

As long as Arnold stays focused on Real Madrid, everything happening around him is just a mere distraction.
