Lucas Vázquez refuses to stay in LaLiga, waits for offers, and Qatar comes knocking on his door.

The Galician full-back has made a decision about his future, and he is beginning to have a clear idea about what his destination will be

Despite being at the Club World Cup, Lucas Vázquez is already certain that his future doesn't lie with Real Madrid. They won't renew his contract for next season and he's looking for a new destination. With several offers on the table, he's starting to weigh his options to make a decision.

The first thing Lucas has decided is that he won't be a player in LaLiga despite having offers. "Lucas Vázquez has received an offer to go to Espanyol, but he has turned it down," Eduardo Inda stated. It seems he doesn't want to be a rival of Real Madrid next season.

However, that doesn't mean he doesn't have options or that he's thinking about retiring this summer. He's waiting for offers that may come in so he can make a final decision. It appears that he could be tempted from Qatar with a financial proposal that would be almost impossible to refuse.

"He's considering an offer he has from Qatar," Eduardo Inda continued regarding the options. "There, he could earn double or triple what you've earned in the best year of your football career," he reported. So he could try his luck as Joselu did last summer.

Lucas Vázquez lost his place at Real Madrid

Lucas Vázquez's contract ended this season and he knew that his continuity was uncertain. He hasn't had a great season, and although Carvajal got injured, he didn't manage to secure the spot. Ancelotti has regularly relied on Fede Valverde in many matches.

In addition, Real Madrid secured the signing of Trent, who has been a starter since his first match. Xabi Alonso has always started the Englishman, leaving Lucas with few minutes off the bench. In fact, he only stepped onto the field in the debut against Al Hilal, to play the final stretch.

He has lost his place at Real Madrid, so his departure seemed obvious. They only renewed his contract so he could play in the World Cup, and once it's over, he'll leave. He's already starting to outline what his new destination will be, ruling out another LaLiga team.
