Manolo Lama Reveals Rodrygo's Misfortune and Warns Madrid: 'At the Time...'
Manolo Lama spoke about the great form Rodrygo is experiencing at Real Madrid
Real Madrid defeated Brest (0-3), although they couldn't secure their qualification among the top eight clubs. With the score tied, Rodrygo Goes appeared to break the deadlock with a spectacular play in which he ended up scoring a stunning goal.
In the second half, the Brazilian closed the scoring with the third goal. Rodrygo took advantage of a shot by Kylian Mbappé that the local goalkeeper couldn't stop. The Brazilian ended up pushing the ball into the back of the net to seal Madrid's victory on French soil.

Rodrygo, one of Real Madrid's best players
Rodrygo Goes has scored 11 goals in the last 10 games. Additionally, the winger has achieved a total of 25 goals in the 40 games he has played with Real Madrid in the Champions League.
In his performance against Brest, Rodrygo Goes reaffirmed that his best version is seen on the left wing. This happens when Vinícius isn't on the field, as was the case in the recent games.
Every time he has the opportunity to play in his usual position, he demonstrates his enormous level. Meanwhile, his performance declines on the right, although he also performs well there.
Manolo Lama's opinion on Rodrygo Goes's situation at Real Madrid
Manolo Lama, legendary commentator of "Tiempo de Juego" on Cadena COPE, spoke about Rodrygo Goes's great match against Brest. "There are players who have media attention and are always in the spotlight. And there are other players who are very good and don't receive the praise they deserve," he explained.
"In my case, Rodrygo, we've always said, the misfortune he has is that in Madrid, Vinícius and Mbappé play. But that Rodrygo is very good, as I believe he is, can no longer be disputed," Manolo Lama pointed out.

"I am now clearer that, when the moment of truth arrives, I believe he has won over Ancelotti and will be a starter," he concluded.
However, it's clear that Rodrygo Goes will return to the right wing with the return of Vinícius. Nonetheless, the Brazilian continues to show Carlo Ancelotti that when he plays on the left, his performance clearly improves.
