Bale's hobby was golf, and he incorporated a course into the property. He also built a basketball court and a soccer field.

Several terraces, a bar, and a covered parking for seven cars couldn't be missing. The house has integrated home automation and an elevator.

In the garden of the property, there are several pools. One of them is an Olympic-style infinity pool, and right next to it, a relaxation area with loungers.
