The New Coach Who Surpasses Ancelotti and Xabi Alonso on Madrid's List

Jürgen Klopp seems to be the alternative gaining the most momentum at the moment, although the club doesn't rule out Zidane's return

Real Madrid is going through a challenging season. Despite the talent of its squad, the team hasn't achieved the consistency needed to remain strong in all competitions. This situation has led to Carlo Ancelotti, the current white coach, being more questioned than ever.

Although the Italian has a contract in force until 2026, the lack of significant results this season has caused doubts in the management. Florentino Pérez is already considering alternatives for the next season. Some names are starting to position themselves strongly.

The Search for Carlo Ancelotti's Replacement

The possible replacement of Ancelotti generates debate. One of the main candidates is Xabi Alonso. The former Madrid player has impressed as the coach of Bayer Leverkusen, achieving good results and displaying attractive soccer.

However, the coach from Tolosa hasn't made a definitive decision about his future. This lack of clarity could work against him if the white club decides to speed up the process.

In this scenario, Zinedine Zidane also appears in the shortlist. The Frenchman, who already succeeded on the Madrid bench with three consecutive Champions League titles, remains a respected figure among Madridists.

Moreover, he is a figure in whom Florentino always trusts. Although he has been away from coaching since 2021, his name continues to be relevant whenever there are doubts on the merengue bench.

Jürgen Klopp, the Surprise Option for Real Madrid

In recent hours, a new profile has gained strength: Jürgen Klopp. The former Liverpool coach, currently linked to the Red Bull group, might be considering returning to coaching sooner than expected.

Although Klopp announced that he would take some time away from soccer, he has made it clear that he is open to listening to proposals if the project motivates him. Real Madrid is one. The white club meets the requirements he seeks: a top-level challenge, a competitive squad, and the possibility of competing for all titles.

The German also fits the profile the management is looking for: experience, leadership, and an offensive playing style that connects with the club's identity.

While Xabi Alonso and Zidane remain strong options, Klopp could end up being the chosen one to lead the new white project. The future of Real Madrid's bench is more open than ever.
