Pedrerol announces Real Madrid's stance on Vinícius: 'Let him leave for free...'
The host of 'El Chiringuito' spoke about Vinícius's contract renewal with Real Madrid
Real Madrid won't give in to pressure from Vinícius's entourage. Josep Pedrerol made this clear on the latest episode of "El Chiringuito." The Brazilian, who still hasn't shown his best level on the field, hasn't signed his contract extension yet.
For now, Real Madrid is holding on to its dominant position in the negotiation: they're not going to pay Vinícius what he's asking for. Therefore, the club is risking that, if the Brazilian's entourage doesn't lower their demands, the player could end up leaving as a free agent.

Real Madrid wants to renew Vinícius, but...
At Real Madrid, they're very clear that they want to keep Vinícius for the coming seasons, but there's a problem. Florentino Pérez, just as he did in the past with stars like Cristiano or Ramos, won't give in to pressure from the Brazilian's entourage.
After Kylian Mbappé's arrival, Vinícius quickly asked the board for a salary increase to match the French star. However, Real Madrid is still completely refusing, since, to make matters worse, the player's level in recent months hasn't helped.
This way, if Vinícius doesn't accept the offer that Real Madrid has prepared for him, he could end up leaving as a free agent in the future. From Saudi Arabia, they've already made offers, although everything seems calmer lately. Still, if he leaves, the Brazilian will have plenty of top-level offers.
Josep Pedrerol's message about Vinícius
On the latest episode of "El Chiringuito de Jugones," Josep Pedrerol discussed the topic of Vinícius with the other panelists present. The well-known host delivered a rather notable message about the Brazilian and his situation.
"From Real Madrid, there wouldn't be any problem if he leaves for free. They're not going to worry if he doesn't want to renew. What Real Madrid won't do is pay the amounts they're asking for," he made clear.
"Madrid has set an amount and that's it. Period. But Madrid won't give in to the figure Vinícius has set," Josep Pedrerol stated.
