Bellingham's Penalty Should've been Retaken, Dimitrievski Wasn't on the Line.
Jude Bellingham missed the penalty, however, Dimitrievski was completely off his line.
Real Madrid is losing during their visit to Mestalla. Carlo Ancelotti's team, which started the match well, saw Hugo Duro score into an empty net in the first half.
However, the goal should never have counted due to a prior foul by Yarek on Rodrygo Goes. Valencia's defender hit the Brazilian, and Soto Grado didn't call anything. Madrid's players were quite surprised by the decision at that moment.
Jude Bellingham's missed penalty
Real Madrid could have tied the match in the second half from the penalty spot. Soto Grado awarded a fairly clear penalty that the English player of the white team didn't capitalize on.
Jude Bellingham, who had scored his last penalty against Getafe, shot to his right side and hit the ball against the post.
However, the controversy arose seconds later when Dimitrievski, Valencia's goalkeeper, was seen with both feet off the line. According to the broadcast, the goalkeeper doesn't influence the ball's rebound, although he does cut down Bellingham's space during the shot.
Soto Grado, just like with Valencia CF's goal, didn't order the penalty to be retaken. At Real Madrid, they don't understand what's happening with this referee, in addition to the fact that the last visits to Mestalla always end in controversy.
