Possible Real Madrid line-up for today's match against Sevilla

Real Madrid faces a match against Sevilla in which there is nothing at stake. Despite the unified matchday for the penultimate game of the current league campaign,  FC Barcelona's victory is a mathematical certainty. Therefore, these two matches only bring to the table the possibility of widening the gap with the third-place team.

Carlo Ancelotti's players arrive at this match with fewer absences compared to the clash against Real Mallorca. The twelve absent footballers on that occasion have decreased to eight absences, a reduction of four players that nevertheless keeps several key starters and essential players out.

The list, despite these returns, remains extensive: Dani Carvajal, Éder Militão, Ferland Mendy, David Alaba, Antonio Rüdiger, Eduardo Camavinga, Rodrygo Goes, Brahim Díaz, and Vinícius. Sevilla, coached by Joaquín Caparrós, hosts Real Madrid in a less comfortable situation than the merengue team, although they secured their mathematical salvation after a truly irregular campaign. Be that as it may, the Sevillian team only has three injured players: Nianzou, Akor Adams, and Rubén Vargas. Footballers like Juanlu Sánchez, Marcão, and Ambi Lokonga are one booking away from suspension; if they receive a yellow card, they will be definite absences for the last league clash against Villarreal.

Knowing that Joaquín Caparrós has almost all his key starters, this could be Sevilla's eleven:  Nyland; Carmona, Badé, Ramón Martínez, Pedrosa; Agoumé, Lokonga; Suso, Söw, Lukebakio; García Pascual.
