PSG sets the bait and Juni Calafat warns, the playmaker they want to take from Madrid

PSG's management, led by Luis Campos, has initiated the first contacts to sign Mastantuono

Franco Mastantuono is once again in the spotlight. The young River Plate talent is on the radar of several major European clubs. But now it's PSG who have decided to speed up.

The French team, led by Luis Enrique, wants to finalize the signing of the Argentine attacking midfielder as soon as possible. At just 17 years old, Mastantuono is already considered a gem of South American soccer.

In Paris, they don't want to waste time. Luis Campos, the club's sporting director, has already made initial contacts with the player's entourage. The goal is clear: get ahead of Real Madrid.

Luis Enrique already wants him in his new project

Luis Enrique has approved the operation. The Asturian coach believes that Mastantuono can bring freshness and imbalance in attack. His idea is to gradually integrate him into the team.

PSG's squad is undergoing a complete overhaul. Names like Kvaratskhelia, Barcola, Dembélé, or Doué are already setting the new course. Now they want to add Mastantuono to that group of young players with a future.

River Plate won't make it easy. The Argentine club demands full payment of his clause: 45 million euros. They will not accept lower negotiations.

From Buenos Aires, they assure that the player is not in a hurry. He knows that offers won't be lacking. But his entourage is starting to view the Parisian proposal favorably.

Juni Calafat, on alert due to PSG's interest

In Valdebebas, alarms have gone off. Real Madrid, with Juni Calafat at the helm of international management, is closely monitoring Mastantuono.

Calafat believes that the young Argentine fits perfectly into the white project. And he doesn't want a repeat of the Endrick case, where there was fierce competition.

Madrid has other priorities, but they don't want to lose sight of Mastantuono. PSG, with its financial muscle, could close the deal before the whites react.

The race for one of Argentina's greatest talents is already underway. PSG has launched the first dart. Juni Calafat knows it and is ready to respond.

The summer promises to be eventful. And Mastantuono's future is increasingly close to being defined in Europe.
