"Ceballos will return, but it is true that I think one of the challenges of the summer is to find that profile," were the words of Ramón de Mon. Through his X account, Ramón made it clear that Real Madrid will have a great problem finding someone similar to Kroos. Aware of what the German represents, the club is facing one of its greatest challenges.
"It's not easy, that's also true," added Ramón to make it clear that finding someone like Kroos is practically impossible. While Dani Ceballos has been performing wonderfully with the team, Real Madrid's priorities are more than clear.
Real Madrid's Problem
Even almost a season after his retirement, Madridism still misses Toni Kroos. His vision of the game, skill, and ability to dictate the pace of matches were vital during the decade he was a Merengue player. Leaving a difficult void to fill, the club continues to trust in finding someone similar to the German.
Despite Ceballos's great moment, it is evident that the player is not at the level Kroos had during all his seasons as a Merengue. It is because of this that, for the next market, Ramón de Mon was very clear about Real Madrid's problem.
Even so, the club trusts in being able to find a player who can fulfill the profile the German had before his retirement. Although the task is complicated, the club understands that, for the upcoming seasons, it needs a new leader for its midfield.
