The Real Madrid Footballer Who's in Cotton Wool 48 Hours Before the Copa Del Rey
The player hasn't trained today on the grass at Ciudad Real Madrid.
Real Madrid began preparations for the first leg of the Cup semifinal, which will be played on Wednesday against Real Sociedad. Carlo Ancelotti decided to rest the players who were starters in the League, as well as Fede Valverde, who didn't play against Girona.
The Uruguayan's rest is due to the high number of matches he has had and the physical discomfort he has experienced in several games. The midfielder has had matches where he even had to play as a right-back due to the absences of Dani Carvajal and Lucas Vázquez. The high number of minutes has led the coaching staff to take precautions and take maximum care of the Real Madrid footballer.

Fede Valverde, Absent in the Last Training Session
With the return of Lucas Vázquez and Aurélien Tchouaméni to his natural position, Valverde didn't play against Girona. The player had wished to reach 300 matches with Real Madrid at Santiago Bernabéu and was close to achieving it. However, when he was ready to enter the field, Vinícius's goal that sealed the victory made Ancelotti decide to cancel the substitution.
The Italian coach is considering giving Fede Valverde rest again on Wednesday, in the match against Real Sociedad. For now, on Monday, the midfielder didn't train with the group and remained inside the facilities doing recovery work. Exactly like the players who were starters on Sunday, in addition to doing physical activation work.
The decision will be made by Ancelotti on Tuesday, during the last training session before the Cup match, which will take place at 11:00 a.m. at the Valdebebas Ciutat Esportiva. In that session, the coach will gather all his available players to define the starting line-up that will face Real Sociedad.

Ancelotti Will Recover Jude Bellingham
Meanwhile, Jude Bellingham will be present in the Cup, after missing the league match against Girona due to suspension. The English midfielder was one of the players who trained intensely, starting with work in the gym and then moving to the field.
Additionally, Andriy Lunin, Fran García, Antonio Rüdiger, Dani Ceballos, Eduardo Camavinga, Arda Güler, and Endrick also took to the field.
