Real Madrid has its own Cole Palmer: they compare this academy player to the Englishman

The young Real Madrid star whose level matches Chelsea's top-level star

Real Madrid's youth academy has always managed to stand out for the amount of talent it has. Young people of all ages dream of training in the club's various categories to become a star.  One of the most outstanding prospects is Bryan Bugarín, who, as we know at Defensa Central, is compared to Cole Palmer.

The Chelsea star has had a dream season, winning the Conference League and the Club World Cup. Leading the London squad to these titles, Palmer has established himself as a star. Because of this, for a 16-year-old player, being compared to Palmer is quite an achievement.

Although he doesn't have experience in top-level soccer, Bugarín already has outstanding qualities. Real Madrid is paying close attention to the progress of a player who promises a lot for the future. If his performance keeps improving, the club will have its own Palmer in a few years.

Surpassing the Englishman

Bryan Bugarín has had a very eventful career despite his obvious youth.  Starting at Areosa in 2015, Bugarín made the jump to Celta de Vigo in 2017. Playing for its youth category, Real Madrid quickly took notice of him.

The interest from the Merengue team was so great that Bugarín was signed during the summer of 2021.

About to play his fourth season in Real Madrid's youth academy, Bugarín is one of the club's best prospects.  From the midfield, Bugarín is in charge of controlling all the team's play. This skill allows him to support all his teammates.

Although he is still very young, Bryan Bugarín could make the jump to a higher category soon. Xabi Alonso, known for always giving opportunities to young players, has taken an interest in the academy product.

The next Real Madrid star

For now, Bryan Bugarín will continue his development in Real Madrid's youth academy. Despite his qualities, Bugarín still needs to polish them in order to progress much further. Real Madrid, aware of Bugarín's talent, will be keeping a close eye on his progress in the future.
