Real Madrid strikes gold at the Club World Cup, the tally keeps rising
The participation is proving to be a complete success for the white team and its coffers
Some laughed at the Club World Cup and at Real Madrid's participation in this tournament. They have devoted themselves to belittling it, perhaps because they hadn't secured their qualification for the event. But the truth is that the Madridists are succeeding and they're going to keep doing so a bit longer.
Meanwhile, there are teams struggling in the market because they can't register players in LaLiga. Real Madrid keeps accumulating profits as it advances through the tournament taking place in the United States. To such an extent that it has been the team that has taken home the largest haul so far.

Just for participating, FIFA gave Real Madrid €32.8 million (32.8 million euros), the highest amount awarded. The distribution was made based on the UEFA coefficient, which Madrid leads. Its performances in recent years, with 2 Champions League trophies in its cabinet, have made this possible.
But on top of that, it must add €3.44 million ("kilos") for the victories achieved against Pachuca and Salzburg. In addition, the draw against Al Hilal meant another €0.86 million for the group stage. The fact that it has secured a place in the round of 16 brings in €6.45 million, for a current total of €43.55 million (43.55 million euros).
Real Madrid's accounts can keep growing in the World Cup
Unlike Atlético de Madrid, which is already eliminated, Real Madrid is still alive in the tournament. That's why it can keep advancing through rounds and adding more millions to the final haul from the Club World Cup. Without a doubt, in that sense, it's going to be very beneficial for the Whites.

Beating Juventus and reaching the quarterfinals will mean another €13 million (13 million euros) in earnings. For being in the semifinals, it will be €21 million ("kilos"), and if it wins the championship, it will earn €40 million (40 million euros). This is a prize Madridists are aiming for, along with the trophy as Club World Cup winners.
Gianni Infantino already warned, "it matches the highest expression of club soccer represented by the Club World Cup. It constitutes the largest amount of cash prizes in history for a soccer competition." This is one more incentive for Madrid to become champion.
