However, the Argentine's latest words leave the door open to the possibility that he could stay with the merengue squad.  "I can't wait to be at Real Madrid and play with Mbappé, Rodrygo, and Vinícius."

According to what Defensa Central has learned, this possibility is more open than ever within the team. Moreover, considering that they might not get in each other's way due to both players' profiles, maybe we could see him for one more season.

The Brazilian failed to achieve more than 24 goal contributions in over 51 matches last season.
