Rodrygo Reveals What Vinícius Said to His Teammates after His Expulsion at Mestalla

Vinícius apologized to all his teammates after receiving the red card in the game against Valencia

Vinícius appeared again in the Champions League. The Brazilian scored a brace against RB Salzburg in the seventh gameday of the Champions League group stage. This way, he reached 100 goals with the Real Madrid jersey in almost seven years of his career at the club.

With this achievement, the Brazilian continues surpassing milestones and objectives under the direction of Ancelotti, the coach with whom he has won most of his titles to date.

However, the yellow card he received in the game against the Austrian team will prevent him from being available for the last game against Brest.

Vinícius received the yellow card in the first half and will not be able to play the last game of the Champions League.

Additionally, the Brazilian will also not be with the team this coming Saturday against Real Valladolid at José Zorrilla. Vinícius was sent off with a direct red card at Mestalla on January 3 and is still serving the corresponding suspension.

The Brazilian was asked about Vinícius after the match against RB Salzburg. "He is fine. He is focused and training very well, and it shows on the field," affirmed the Carioca.

Finally, Rodrygo Goes assured the media that Vinícius apologized to all his teammates after the incident. "Everyone, whenever we do something wrong, we have to apologize. We are a family," he concluded.

Despite everything, Vinícius's expulsion took a back seat after Real Madrid's comeback. The goals from Luka Modric and Jude Bellingham allowed the white team to secure the victory at Mestalla.
