Saudi Arabia Warns about Vinícius's Future: His Exit from Madrid Could be Imminent
The warning about Vinícius Júnior's possible future revealed by Saudi Arabia
It's no surprise the interest Saudi Arabia continues to have in Vinícius Júnior. After presenting an offer last summer that was rejected, the Arab league began to devise a way to transfer the Brazilian star. Looking toward his near future, Saudi Arabia has once again dedicated some words regarding the Real Madrid attacker.
"Let's wait and see what happens with him," were the words of Omar Mugharbel, CEO of the Saudi League. Through this comment, Real Madrid has received a clear warning regarding the situation of its star. Saudi Arabia has chosen to be patient and wait for a favorable situation to make their long-desired transfer.
"If I value what we have today, our clubs have what it takes to attract, develop, and grow such talent," added Omar. These last words make it clear that, despite their initial rejection, the Saudi League won't stop in its intentions to sign Vinícius.
Vinícius's future
Having spent 7 seasons at Real Madrid, Vinícius has established himself as one of the best players in the world. Competing in several campaigns at the highest level, the Brazilian is the main reference in the Meringue attack. The 13 goals and 10 assists he has achieved this season are proof of that.
However, despite having a contract until 2027, his future remains unclear. While the 24-year-old forward has declared his commitment to the merengue team on several occasions, this could change in the coming years.
Faced with the millions the Saudi League has offered for his services, Vinícius might be tempted to head to this competition. Omar Mugharbel's words have made it clear the patience with which the Saudi League will approach the Brazilian's transfer.
The move to Arabia
Being a very young player, a move to Saudi Arabia would be a clear step back in his sports career. Still, with the uncertainties about his future, Vinícius's situation could change drastically, taking Real Madrid by surprise.
