Vinícius' Response to the Metropolitano's Trap: 'Let's Laugh...'

Vinícius seals the fate of the Colchoneros and leaves them a message before the match at the Metropolitano

The Merengue team now faces an extremely challenging match ahead of the UEFA Champions League return leg against Atlético de Madrid.  In the first match, against the odds of many, they managed to secure a victory with a convincing two to one. However, they now have to go to the Metropolitano to try to secure another victory and advance to the quarterfinals.

However, as expected, Atlético de Madrid fans once again want to ridicule Vinícius. Several of them will bring red and white beach balls as a mockery of the Brazilian footballer's Ballon d'Or. Nonetheless, the white number seven, with his words, has declared: "He who laughs last laughs best, and we're going to laugh last."

The Merengue player is quite clear that, looking ahead to the next match, he will have significant importance in what will be an exciting duel. Additionally, he is ready to silence all those who attack him over the Ballon d'Or snub, as he did with City.

They Only Feed the Monster

Vinícius Junior, since he lost the Ballon d'Or in a rather unfair manner, has been dedicated to silencing all those who mock him. He did it with Manchester City during their visit to British territory and will do it again.

The Colchonero team has a rivalry of many years with the Chamartín team, due to the large number of eliminations they have faced in all competitions. However, trying to provoke who is today one of the best players in the world, if not the best, could cost them dearly.

Going back just a few years, Cristiano Ronaldo showed them why you shouldn't mess with the best players of Madrid. In this case, they are making the same mistake again, which they will pay dearly for due to Vinícius's warning.

They Have to Win No Matter What

Right now, the main objective for the Whites is to secure the victory at all costs on enemy ground. This will ensure their qualification to the next round and pave a new path to a European final.
