Ancelotti sends a message to Jacobo Ramón and Gonzalo: 'To play for Real Madrid...'

The Italian coach advises the youth players to work hard and have patience to succeed at Real Madrid and names some examples

Carlo Ancelotti has sent a clear message to Real Madrid's youth players. After the match against Sevilla, the white team's coach spoke about the future of the young players who have had minutes in this final stretch of the season.

The Italian was direct in the press conference. When asked what a youth player must do to stay in the first team, he didn't hesitate in his response.

"They must follow the example of the veterans"

Ancelotti put forward the names of three locker room leaders from the last decade who rose from the youth academy. "What does a youth player have to do to stay? Follow the example of Carvajal, Lucas, and Nacho", he assured.

For the coach, succeeding at Real Madrid demands total commitment: "You have to fight. Dreaming of making it is fine, but you also have to prove it every day. The demand at this club is maximum", he added.

A clear message for Jacobo Ramón, Víctor Muñoz, and Gonzalo García. All have participated with the first team at the end of this season. But the definitive leap is yet to be made.

Raúl and Castilla, key in their progression

Ancelotti also had words for Raúl González. The Castilla coach has been essential in the training of these young players.

"Raúl has done a great job. He has had a complicated season due to injuries, but he has managed to bring out the best in the team and the players", he highlighted.

The Italian positively valued the evolution of several names. "Asencio has done very well. Now Gonzalo, Víctor, and others can also take that step. It depends on them."

Gonzalo, Víctor, and Jacobo, facing their great opportunity

Both Gonzalo and Víctor and Jacobo Ramón have left good impressions. But they still need to convince the coaching staff and the future coach, Xabi Alonso, who will take over from Ancelotti for the Club World Cup.

Everyone wants to seize every opportunity to stay in the first team. They know it's not easy, but also that the club values the youth academy.

Real Madrid's history is full of successful examples formed at home. Now, Gonzalo, Víctor, and Jacobo have the challenge of following that path.

Ancelotti has already set the roadmap. The rest depends on them.
