Benzema's Reply on Whether Arabia Will Transfer Vinícius Jr: He's Here...
Vinícius Júnior's fate has been sealed following Karim Benzema's recent words.
The past summer transfer window featured the surprising offer from Saudi Arabia for Vinícius Júnior. Offering several millions to Real Madrid and the player, the Brazilian's departure never materialized. Despite the attacker's refusal to leave the Meringue team, Benzema has spoken about a possible future arrival.
"Him here on my team? Hopefully one day," were the Frenchman's words in a recent interview. Through this, Benzema left the door open for a future arrival of Vinícius to Arab soccer. Faced with the millionaire offer the Brazilian received, Benzema doesn't rule out that one day a team might get his services.
Despite this, Vinícius has made it clear on multiple occasions that he isn't seeking a departure from Real Madrid for this or future markets. With total commitment to the team, the Brazilian's farewell is something that, at least for now, is completely dismissible.
The future in Arabia
Considered the best player in the world, Vinícius continues to further improve his level. The 13 goals and 9 assists he has achieved this season demonstrate the excellent performance he has reached. Despite his importance within Real Madrid, Arab soccer has been pushing to secure his transfer for a future market.
While the offer presented last summer was rejected, Saudi Arabia hasn't given up on its intentions to have Vinícius. Benzema's words have only caused more doubts about the possible destination of the 24-year-old forward.
With a contract until 2027, Vinícius's future with Real Madrid is assured. However, given the growing interest from Arabia and Benzema's desire, several doubts have begun to arise around Vinícius's future.
The danger of Arabia
Despite the enormous capital Saudi Arabia possesses, Vinícius is aware that the best option is to stay at Real Madrid. Having won countless titles in these seven seasons, the Brazilian still has unfinished business like the Ballon d'Or.
