UEFA steps in and addresses the Mastantuono case and his registration as a reserve team player
The attempt to discredit Real Madrid has led everyone to try to cause a collapse with the registration of Franco Mastantuono, the new signing for the white team. This is because he has been given the number 30, which would mean a reserve team registration for a player who, for many, belongs to the first team. In this case, UEFA has intervened by citing article 31 of the Champions League regulations, where there is an A and B list that allows this.
This practically leaves completely discredited the resource many clubs use to try to bring down the merengue team. List A is the main one, made up of 25 footballers from the first squad. This same thing has been done previously in the Spanish competition, so any kind of attack on Real Madrid would be unjustified. Evidently, this will be something that will be left in the hands of the top officials themselves, which may play a bit against Real Madrid due to its poor relationships.
They are running out of excuses
In the attempt to discredit the merengue team, it seems that excuses are starting to run out and are beginning to turn more in favor of the whites.
