The condition Rodrygo has set to stay at Real Madrid
The Brazilian wants to remain relevant in the team and only plans to continue if he gets minutes in the first matches
Rodrygo is clear that he wants to stay at Real Madrid, but with a very important condition: his role within the team must be relevant. The Brazilian doesn't plan to leave unless he sees that he won't get minutes or prominence during the season.
In that case, according to Defensa Central, he wouldn't hesitate to force a departure before the transfer window closes. As of today, Rodrygo is working hard in preseason under Xabi Alonso's orders, aiming to earn an important place in the new project of the white team.

Interest in the Premier League and lack of concrete offers
In England, several renowned clubs are keeping an eye on his situation. Chelsea, Liverpool, Tottenham, and Arsenal are possible destinations for the footballer, since they can offer him a higher salary than he has at Madrid and all will play in the Champions League this season, a key showcase for Rodrygo.
However, despite the interest, no formal offer has reached the Valdebebas offices so far. Only Tottenham made an initial contact, which was nothing more than a simple inquiry.

Options in Europe and PSG's situation
If he had to choose, Rodrygo would opt for Liverpool, Premier League champion and with an attacking style that would fit perfectly with his characteristics. However, the Reds have invested heavily in signings and their priority is still Alexander Isak.
Meanwhile, Chelsea is in a similar situation, more focused on selling than on continuing to buy. Tottenham and Arsenal are less attractive options for the Brazilian, and both would prefer a loan instead of a transfer. In addition, PSG also appears as a possible destination, although the operation would be complicated due to the tense relations between both clubs and the already consolidated squad of the Parisian team.
At Real Madrid, they keep calm, they know that Rodrygo has value in the market, and they're not willing to sell off a player who, despite ups and downs, remains an important piece for the future.
