Davide Ancelotti about to sign: He won't go to Brazil with his father and has a new team

Davide Ancelotti has been working with his father Carlo for several seasons. He has learned from him during his time at Real Madrid and is eager to start a new phase on his own. It was rumored that he would follow him to the Brazilian national team, but it seems that, finally, this won't be the case. 

Carletto's son, according to Diario AS, is heading to Rangers. The same outlet also notes that he will accompany his father during the first two matches with the Brazilian team, but then he will leave.  Thus, the current Real Madrid coach will have to look for an assistant for that adventure with the five-time world champion.

Davide hasn't lacked offers. Como from Serie A has also shown interest in him, but, finally, he has chosen to move to Scotland.  Thus, in the coming days, his arrival at that club could become official.

In Valdebebas, he is highly valued. They claim he has gained a lot of influence in recent months and indicate that he was in charge of set pieces. He brought fresh ideas to the coaching staff, and within the Madrid institution, he is held in high regard. 

He has even advised his father to make very important changes, like Joselu's on the day of Bayern Munich. Meanwhile, Carletto has also known how to listen to him at all times and has allowed himself to be helped when he deemed it appropriate.

They won't take their eyes off him

At the moment, it's very difficult to think that Davide can lead a Real Madrid project. However, from within the entity, they won't take their eyes off the work he does as a head coach wherever he goes. Those who know him best value him as a very studious person and a "lover" of tactics.

Additionally,  his relationship with the white squad has always been good. He has a very simple way of connecting with the players, and in the long run, this is always important for a coach. Thus, his work will have to be closely monitored, as he couldn't have had a better mentor.
