Coach Didier Deschamps has been very clear about Real Madrid's Kylian Mbappé

The World Cup qualifiers have started in the Old Continent and this Friday Kylian Mbappé's France will make its debut.

The Parisian, who will captain his national team at the Municipal Stadium of Wrocław, has started the season in the best way with Real Madrid, something he hopes to bring to the field with Les Bleus and about which Didier Deschamps has spoken.

"Is Mbappé fresher than last year? Yes, without a doubt, but it's also related to his last six months in Paris. Physically, he's doing very well, but it's mainly psychological. The mind impacts the physical aspect. No one can measure psychological fatigue. The trips, the time differences, the demands, everything adds up," said the French coach.

These words confirm what the Madridist "10" said at the press conference, where he didn't hesitate to complain about the tough schedule they're facing.

"I don't know if we're ready to play a 60-game season. In my experience in soccer, I've watched many games. I don't remember a player who's played 60 top-level games in a season. There's a level you keep. But I've never seen anyone play 60 games at the highest level. Maybe physically, but at the highest level it's not possible. Last season I had gastroenteritis, that kind of virus. My reflection has evolved. I thought about it. More rest time, more vacation time is necessary. To try to regenerate the body. But that's the debate," said Kylian Mbappé.

Mbappé is ready for new challenges

However, France's captain has explained that he's ready for this new season, both with Real Madrid and with the French national team.

"I'm very happy to be able to start a new season. I'm coming with a lot of determination, with a lot of desire. The season has started well. But it'll be better with consistency and work. It's a great year for my club, for the national team, for me. All the ingredients are there to do great things. We're starting qualifiers with France that won't be easy. We're focused on that. I try not to think too much about the end of the season," said the Madridist "Galáctico".
