Endrick, desperate: Xabi Alonso has had to speak seriously with him

Xabi Alonso has had a very important conversation with Endrick during the break

Endrick is not going through a good situation at Real Madrid right now. Xabi Alonso knows this and has not wanted to miss the chance to talk to him during the international break. He is aware that this is a delicate moment and that he has to be careful.

At the end of last season, in La Liga, Endrick got injured and missed the Club World Cup. That meant he was not going to be there for Xabi Alonso's debut as the new coach of Real Madrid. However, this campaign has started and he still has not recovered.

We have entered the month of September, which should be key for his return to the field. However, for now there is no estimated date for this, which is starting to cause concern. Especially for Endrick, who is not having a good time with the situation he is having to face.

He knows that he is still not recovered and that afterwards he will have to get back to match fitness. He has not been able to train at one hundred percent and therefore has not had a preseason to prepare. This leaves him in an even worse situation for what lies ahead.

Xabi Alonso has had to reassure Endrick

During the international break Endrick has not gone with Brazil because he is still not recovered from his injury. He has stayed in Madrid and Xabi has wanted to talk to him to address his situation. He has tried to calm him down to make it clear that he will have his chance later on.

What he needs to do is fully recover from his injury and then he will think about getting minutes. That is the message the Tolosa native has conveyed to him, as Defensa Central has learned from sources close to the situation. In fact, he has seen how he could be the last option for the forward line.

Gonzalo's breakthrough in the Club World Cup was bad news for him because it meant more competition. The youth player ultimately stayed and Endrick saw how rumors about his departure grew. However, in the end he also chose to fight at Madrid for a spot.
