Out of this amount, Real Madrid has given €45 million (about $49.2 million) net exclusively to River Plate.
The rest of the €62.7 million (about $68.6 million) has been distributed among the Spanish tax authorities, unionized footballers, AFA Structural Funds, and decree 510/2023. With all parties receiving a fair amount, Real Madrid has secured absolutely everything.

The unionized footballers will receive €1.4 million (about $1.5 million), while the AFA Structural Funds will get €0.9 million (about $980,000). The remaining €3.6 million (about $3.9 million) will go, clearly, to decree 510/2023, being the last part to benefit from this transfer.
