Goodbye to Real Madrid for 15 Million Euros, Florentino Gives the OK and It Could Be Official
Galatasaray is willing to pay Sevilla 15 million euros for the signing of Juanlu Sánchez.
Sevilla negotiates the sale of Juanlu Sánchez to Galatasaray. The right-back, linked several times with Real Madrid, is very close to heading to the Turkish league. The deal could be finalized in the coming days for 15 million euros, an amount that the Sevillians consider sufficient to let the player go.
For months, the name of Juanlu Sánchez (21 years old) has been on Real Madrid's radar. He was seen as a viable alternative to Trent Alexander-Arnold, the great desire of the Madrid team to strengthen the right-back position for the next season.

However, his signing by the white team seems completely ruled out. Florentino Pérez and his board have decided not to enter the bidding for the footballer. This leaves the way clear for Galatasaray to finalize his incorporation.
Offer on the way
The Turkish club wants to close the deal before February 11, the date when the market closes in the Süper Lig. To do this, they will have to make a significant financial effort, as Sevilla has set his price at 15 M€.
Initially, the Ottoman team had proposed a lower offer. But the need to strengthen their defense has led them to reconsider their proposal.
Despite being a key piece in Francisco Javier García Pimienta's scheme, Juanlu has many chances of leaving. He has played 20 matches this season and has proven to be a reliable footballer at right-back, but his contractual situation is a problem.

The player still hasn't accepted a renewal offer, which facilitates the club's position to negotiate his sale and avoid him leaving for free in the future.
Imminent departure
If the deal is finalized in the coming days, Juanlu would make a significant leap in his career by playing for a team with European aspirations.
Galatasaray competes in international competitions every season and is in the fight for the Turkish league title. This factor has been decisive in convincing the footballer to accept the offer.
Sevilla, meanwhile, would use the money from the sale to strengthen other positions in the squad. The Nervionense board considers the offer fair and that Juanlu's departure will allow the club's accounts to be balanced.
Everything points to the transfer being made official in the coming hours. A matter to follow closely.
