Henry, Decisive, Knocks Out Those Who Compare Haaland with Mbappé: 'Always...'
The French legend commented on the constant comparisons between Mbappé and Haaland
Real Madrid achieved a crucial victory at the Etihad (2-3) by turning the score around in added time against Manchester City. The result brings Madridists closer to securing their qualification for the Champions League round of 16.
Although the return match at Santiago Bernabéu is still pending, the first leg already highlighted the performance of two of the most outstanding players from each team. Kylian Mbappé excelled for the Madridists, while Erling Haaland was the standout figure for Manchester City.
With Vinícius's permission, who ended up taking the Man of the Match award, they were the two big stars. One scored two goals, although his team couldn't end up winning. The other, with a rather strange shot, equalized for Carlo Ancelotti's side.

Thierry Henry's Opinion
Thierry Henry spoke about both figures after the match on CBS. The former Barça or Arsenal footballer, now known for being a commentator, left several curious opinions about Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappé.
"Who does Thierry Henry prefer?", he was asked on the set. "Mbappé, every day", the Frenchman replied bluntly. "He has more talent", he commented afterward.
"Mbappé has been trying to play as a center forward for a year and a half and is showing his versatility. Haaland can't reach those records due to his physical form", he explained.
"He tried it at Paris Saint-Germain and it didn't go too well for him. Now he's doing it at Real Madrid, the biggest club in Europe. He has to adapt to that", commented Thierry Henry.
A Player Who Offers Much More
Additionally, Thierry Henry left another comment in which he perfectly explains the choice of Kylian Mbappé over Erling Haaland.

"He offers different options. For a coach, he can play on the right, he can play on the left, and he can play in the center. Can Haaland play in any position other than nine?", questioned Thierry Henry.
Finally, the French legend posed a question back to another of his colleagues on the set: "For example, let me ask you a question... Who would you rather mark?"
