Al Hilal, Real Madrid's rival during the World Cup, is close to finalizing the signing of a lethal forward.
Victor Osimhen, after his loan to Galatasaray, is set to be the major signing for the Arab team for the World Cup. Xabi Alonso is aware that Osimhen has stood out for years as a powerful forward with impressive goal-scoring numbers. In addition, Xabi has received comments from Carlo Ancelotti, who has always kept an eye on Serie A.
With this signing close to being finalized, Al Hilal will acquire the services of a forward who will be a threat to Real Madrid. Even so, with the signings the club has made, there is confidence that Vitor Osimhen won't be a threat.
The threat for Real Madrid
At 26 years old, Vitor Osimhen is one of the most lethal forwards in all of Europe. The 37 goals and 8 assists he achieved in 41 matches played with Galatasaray are a clear sign of his lethality. With his stay at Napoli not being an option for Osimhen, the player is close to accepting the offer presented by Al Hilal.
Being able to earn up to €35 million ($35 million) per season at the Arab club, Al Hilal is also negotiating his transfer fee. Di Laurentiis, Napoli's president, has made it clear that Osimhen will only be able to leave through the payment of €75 million ($75 million).
