The Colombian footballer spoke on 'Los Amigos de Edu' about his time at Real Madrid
James Rodríguez, former footballer for Real Madrid, currently at Club León de México, participated in the program "Los Amigos de Edu". During the interview, the Colombian player shared his experiences, including his time at the Madrid club.
"During the World Cup, Jorge Mendes told me that Real Madrid wanted me, he warned me and said 'don't lose focus eh' and that gave me more strength. Right after that was the match against Japan, where I came in and scored a goal, then against Uruguay I scored two goals. (...) I had only trained for five days, but he put me as a starter, I played 60 minutes", he completed.
