Juve, Barça, Valencia and Liverpool in 13 days: Real Madrid's crazy schedule
Real Madrid faces a very challenging schedule at an important time
There was a time when some tried to spread the false myth that there were hot balls in favor of Madrid. This has been thoroughly proven wrong over the years. However, this season we've seen once again that luck is not on the side of Los Blancos.
It's not just because they have to face an extremely tough group stage in the Champions League, the hardest of this edition. They'll also have a schedule that won't help Real Madrid at all. In fact, ahead of them are 13 days (13 días), at the end of October and the beginning of November, that will be very challenging.

On October 22, Real Madrid will host Juventus at Santiago Bernabéu in the Champions League. It's a very demanding match, but it'll come right before the league Clásico played at the Merengue stadium. It'll be that same weekend and it's expected to be on Sunday the 26th.
They'll have a week to recover before facing Valencia in the domestic championship. Another team that will make things very difficult and will push Los Merengues to their limits. In fact, it'll be before they travel to Anfield for another matchday that could be decisive in Europe against Liverpool.
A schedule that will put Madrid in trouble
It's clear that Real Madrid has had the worst luck in the Champions League draw. But it's also at a disadvantage after the match schedule was announced. They could have two titles at stake before the end of 2025.

It's true that there will still be a lot of the season left, but those matches could define the path. In La Liga, to avoid dropping important points, and with a direct clash against the Culers. In the Champions League, to try to make it into the top 8 and avoid two more matches in the play-off round.
But the match in Kazakhstan won't help either, as it involves several hours of travel. They'll face Kairat Almaty on September 30 (30 de septiembre), in the middle of two important league matches. Before that, they'll have to play the classic against Atlético and then host Villarreal.
