The issue of the center-back position at Real Madrid remains one of the most important topics of conversation within the institution and, in fact, also outside of it. Names like Ibrahima Konaté from Liverpool are being strongly considered, although it seems that the option would be to sign him for free next year. For this reason, and with one year left on his contract, he could leave the club for a very affordable sum. This could help the institution have a bit more defensive solidity and avoid so many lapses.

Just by looking at his most recent performance this past season, we see that he played a total of 2,200 minutes (2,200 minutos) in 30 matches. Among these, he even contributed a total of 5 goals, so, all in all, he's a center-back with good offensive play.
