Maldini chooses between BBC and MSN and reveals if Kroos was better than Luka Modric

The surprising choice Maldini made between BBC and MSN and between Kroos and Modric

Being a club full of history and titles, it's normal for Real Madrid to have several legends. In each golden era, the club has had certain players who have left their mark on the team's history. This was the case with the legendary BBC, which guided the club to one of the best eras in its history.

However, when compared to the MSN, Maldini surprised by choosing the Barça trio. Arguing that it was superior in several aspects, Maldini placed the trio formed by Messi, Suárez, and Neymar ahead. Even so, he also gave his respect to Bale, Benzema, and Cristiano by acknowledging all the titles they ended up choosing.

This surprise was joined by his choice between Luka Modric and Toni Kroos. The two Real Madrid legends were responsible for a historic midfield for the club. Having similar careers, Maldini ended up choosing Kroos slightly over Modric.

Maldini's choices

Throughout their years together, the BBC was undoubtedly the best offensive trio in history. Capable of solving even the most complicated matches, the three players brought many joys to Madridists.  Notably, the achievement of winning three consecutive Champions Leagues, a milestone that has not been repeated to date.

Due to this, Maldini's decision to choose the MSN over the BBC was surprising. Despite the players' skills, the successes achieved by the Barça players can't be compared to those achieved by the Merengues.

Meanwhile, the choice of Kroos over Modric also raised surprises but was not as controversial. Given that they are two Real Madrid legends who shared the locker room for many years, it's understandable how difficult it is to choose just one of them.

A team full of history

Maldini's choices only reflect the vast history that has always surrounded Real Madrid. Whether in the past, present, or future, the Merengue team is capable of finding a way to continue making history in this beautiful sport.
