Francisco Soto, new president of the CTA, spoke to the media this Wednesday at the Ciudad del Fútbol de Las Rozas. Rafael Louzán fully trusts Francisco Soto

Meanwhile, Rafael Louzán wanted to publicly express his satisfaction after the selection of Francisco Soto for the position.
