Jota Jordi "lashes out" at Real Madrid after Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor aren't registered in LaLiga

Maximum chaos continues in Barcelona. The team, which already ended 2024 with rather poor sports results, started 2025 with bad news. On January 1st, LaLiga discharged Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor, making them free agents.

Barça, very confident, had the option of the 100 million in the nonexistent VIP boxes of the new Camp Nou. However, LaLiga didn't approve this operation, as there's no guarantee that the payments will eventually arrive. Not having received the documents on the 31st, LaLiga processed the withdrawal of both players, and they are currently without registration.

Dani Olmo is a free agent and could sign with any team

At this moment, Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor are no longer FC Barcelona players. Barça requested a new registration from the RFEF, but the association also rejected the appeal, as LaLiga always has the final say.

If LaLiga doesn't accept their registration, these players couldn't participate in other competitions either. We're talking about the Supercopa de España or the Copa del Rey. Nor the Champions League, as licenses are processed through local bodies.

If everything ends normally, Pau Víctor wouldn't be a free agent and could be loaned to another team. Meanwhile, Dani Olmo would indeed be a free agent, and FC Barcelona would have to continue paying RB Leipzig for his transfer. Additionally, even if the player moves to another club, he would still have to receive his contract payment from Barça.

Jota Jordi continues with his protests

The one who seems not to understand the situation is Jota Jordi. The commentator doesn't grasp that the current situation is due to an accumulation of past mismanagements that Joan Laporta hasn't been able to fix.

"The Real Madrid member and season ticket holder, president of La Liga and vice president of the RFEF, allowed Bartomeu to ruin the club. He doesn't let Laporta save it", posted Jota Jordi alongside an image featuring Bartomeu and Javier Tebas.

Jota Jordi doesn't stop attacking Real Madrid, when he should focus on what's happening in his own house.
