€40 Million Offer: Real Madrid Has to Give a Response About His Future
Inter Milan Offers 40M Euros to Sign Nico Paz in the Summer Market
The future of Nico Paz is hanging in the air. Inter Milan has put a 40 million euro offer on the table to sign the Argentine midfielder. However, neither Como nor Real Madrid seem willing to accept.
Rubén Cañizares, journalist from ABC, revealed on Rubén Martín's channel that the stance of the white club is clear. " Madrid doesn't want to do business with Nico, and the idea is to do the same as with Brahim. Two years at Como and then return," he explained.
Real Madrid's Plan
Nico Paz was transferred to Como last summer for 6.5 million euros. Despite this, Real Madrid retains 50% of his rights. Additionally, they secured a staggered buyback clause:
- 8 million in 2025.
- 9 million in 2026.
- 10 million in 2027.
The club's goal is for the young talent to continue growing in Italy. His performance this season is key to increasing his market value, which already reaches 35 million euros.

So far this season, Nico Paz has played 27 matches with Como. In those games, he has accumulated 6 goals and 6 assists in a total of 2,078 minutes. His performances have caught the attention of several teams, but Inter is the one that has made the first firm move.
The Italian team sees him as a future piece and is willing to make a strong investment. However, Real Madrid doesn't seem interested in parting with the player.
A Possible Twist in the Plan?
The return of Nico Paz is not entirely ruled out. The idea is for him to stay in Italy for another year, but a radical change could occur if Arda Güler requests to leave next summer.
For now, the club is not considering this option, and the Turkish player hasn't expressed his intention to leave. But if this were to happen, Madrid's door would open for Nico. "If Güler decides to leave, Madrid would bring Nico back, because in this case, the natural replacement is at home", assured Cañizares.

The white club has the final say. They can maintain the initial plan and wait for his return after two seasons in Italy. Or, they can take advantage of Inter's offer and make a large sum of money.
For now, everything points to the bet being to maintain control over Nico Paz. His progression is closely monitored, and his potential positions him as a possible reinforcement for Real Madrid's future. The definitive answer will come in the coming months.
