Real Madrid's Message to Arda Güler: He Already Knows What to Do to Succeed at the Club

Arda Güler's Season Is Disappointing for Many. The Turkish footballer is not showing the performance expected by many. He has gone from more to less and has been relegated to the background.

The truth is that Ancelotti has given him some opportunities, such as in the Copa del Rey against CD Leganés. However, he hasn't taken advantage of them, as he has often gone unnoticed.  Within the organization, they have missed him stepping up, given that he has the quality to do so.

He has a lot of talent, but he still hasn't shown the leadership that any Real Madrid player needs. It is true that he is quite young and that character might emerge over the years. Despite everything, the club trusts him and believes he will make headlines sooner rather than later. 

No one doubts him nor do they regret having spent about 20 million euros to acquire his services. Last season, he demonstrated that he is very effective in front of the goal, but it is true that he needs more consistency. The coaching staff has given him more minutes and is patient with him, although there hasn't been a response from him.

Both he and his entourage are calm and comfortable in the white house. Despite many rumors of a possible departure, Florentino has never thought of parting with him. He considers him a generational talent and simply hasn't "exploded" yet.

Madridists need to remain cautious and not make value judgments that could significantly harm him. The fans, so far, support him, but it is true that more was expected of him at this stage of the competition.

Matches like today's against Girona or the first leg of the Copa del Rey semifinals against Real Sociedad are good opportunities to see him. It remains to be seen if he finally demonstrates that he has the potential to succeed in the white jersey.
